Two Year Old Check Up

Kaden had his 2 year old check up on July 2nd. He is 37 inches long (95 percentile) and his weight was 28.5 pounds (70% percentile). I looked at Jason's baby book and his height was the same as Kadens at two and weight was 31 pounds. So I have a feeling Kaden will be the same height or taller when he gets older. He's growing up too fast!

Circus in Houston

This evening we took Kaden to the Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Circus. He had so much fun watching all the animals and acts.

Lillian Grace is Here!!!!!

Lillian was born today at 1:48 p.m. weighing 8 pounds 5 ounces and 21 inches long. She is so beautiful and has a full head of hair! We are so excited for Hunter and Emily. More pictures to come soon.....

Pop and MiMi's House for the Weekend

Kaden stayed with Pop and MiMi for the weekend. They went to Lake Charles on Saturday to visit the great grandparents and feed the deer at their local park. While Kaden was staying with grandparents, Jason and I went to the San Louis hotel in Galveston for a mini vacation and to Round Top to eat at their cafe.

Potty Training

We have officially started potty training Kaden. He loves to sit on his "Mr. Froggy Potty" and make Pooh sit on it too. :)

July 4th Weekend

On Friday, MoMo and MiMi Lynda came over to visit. We went to Palm Beach at Moody Gardens with Nick, Claudia and Nico on Sunday to celebrate the 4th. Even though we covered Kaden with sunscreen, he still got a little too much sun on his face and arms. We ended the evening with fireworks at Independence Park in Pearland.

On Father's Day, the Victoria Advocate which is the local paper in Victoria (Jason's hometown) ran a contest. I entered Kaden and Jason's picture in the contest and it was published last week!
